Job Position: Restaurant Waiter
Description:
Responsible for delivering an exceptional dining service for them travelers in accordance with the company standards, while contributing to a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
• Practicing company values
• Providing professional food and beverage service for approximately 20 to 24 persons in restaurant and lounge area
• Responsible for the “mise en place” and hygiene of dining room area
• Good knowledge and understanding of bar and restaurant menus
• Any other duties advised by Restaurant Manager/Hotel Manager
Skills/Qualifications:
• Hotel school diploma or basic education equivalent is preferred
• Minimum two years of experience in the field of desired position, preferably in a 4 or 5* Hotel or Restaurant with a Michelin Star.
• Cruise ship experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to learn and progress
• Fluency in English (Mandatory)
The contract is 6 months on/ 2 months off, the salary is paid in USD. All the candidates have to make the maritime courses (own cost).
