LRS (Language Recruitment Services) are recruiting an experienced Bilingual HR Officer for the busy Personnel Department of their client, a large EU (European Union) regulatory organisation in central London.

Bilingual HR Officers with solid professional experience in Human Resources, Personnel and Recruitment will be responsible for personnel matters including selection and recruitment; and administration of individual entitlements.The right candidates will have previous generalist experience as a Personnel Officer / HR Officer or of in-house Recruitment together with excellent fluency in English and one other EU language (see below).Candidates should be happy working in a regulatory environment with ability to follow complex processes and procedures.

This is a large, fast-paced and cosmopolitan organisation and the successful Bilingual HR Officer will be a strong team player with excellent time management, organisational and communication skills with the ability to work to deadlines.

Bilingual HR Officer – Profile:
·Excellent knowledge MS Office
·Solid professional experience as HR Officer/Personnel Officer
·Experience of working in a multicultural environment
·Strong ability to follow complex processes and procedures.
·Precision in execution of work with attention to detail.
·Initiative, diplomacy and good judgement.
·Excellent written and oral communication skills.
·Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
·Tact and discretion in the handling of confidential files and information.
·Available to work in a contract role
·Fluency in English and one other EU language from:German; French; Italian; Dutch; Portuguese ; Czech and Slovak; Swedish; Danish; Finnish; Hungarian; Polish; Estonian; Greek; Lithuanian; Latvian; Slovenian; Spanish; Maltese; Romanian; Bulgarian; Croatian.

Candidates must be EU passport holders; educated to A-Level equivalent as a minimum
