LRS (Language Recruitment Services) are recruiting for experienced bilingual PA/Secretaries within a very multicultural and large EU agency based in London’s Canary Wharf. Our client is a de-centralised agency of the European Union, and offers a unique and stimulating working environment which is extremely fast paced and very cosmopolitan.  Candidates should ideally be available to start at short notice due to the roles being temp/temp to contract.
 The environment requires that the bilingual PA/ secretaries have proven secretarial/administrative experience in a similar fast paced role and possess excellent communication and time-management skills as well as the capacity to deal with strict deadlines and varied workloads.
Bilingual PA/Secretary – Portuguese speaking: Typical duties –
 • Coordinating complex international meetings (preparation, follow up, minute taking)
 • Manages expenses and travel coordination
 • Providing secretarial support to scientific staff
 • Preparing written correspondence, typing, managing databases, formatting documents
 • Preparing budget documents
Bilingual PA/Secretary – Portuguese speaking: profile –
 • Solid UK based secretarial or administrative experience, ideally supporting a team
 • Experience in a pharmaceutical, scientific or medical environment, or alternatively within a large professional organisation
 • Strong communication skills and excellent team members
 • Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
 • Very good attention to deal and a strong sense of urgency
 • Strong MS Office skills
 • Fluent in English and Portuguese
 • Holder of an EU/EEA passport and educated to a minimum of A level equivalent
