A ‘Metropolitan Workshop’ precisa de um Coordenador de Comunicação para se juntar à equipa, escritório em Cowcross Street, Smithfield, em Londres.
We are a busy architecture and urban design practice and we need a sparky, self-starting communications coordinator to help create and deliver a range of marketing activities.
We need you to:
- research and identify new business opportunities
- work with senior designers to prepare PQQs, bids, respond to tenders and put together great looking bids and presentations
- dig out potential news articles and prepare press releases, deal with the media and create material for, and manage the website (www.metwork.co.uk)
- run our social media initiatives
- help create and coordinate events and exhibitions connected to the practice, or public projects
- create and update our marketing materials (brochures, CVs, project sheets, project lists, presentations etc)
- prepare award submissions
- make sure our marketing logs and contact databases are tip top
- track and report results of submissions
We think you’ll need:
- two years marketing and administration experience in an architectural environment
- great communication skills, written and verbal
- well-honed InDesign, Photoshop and Microsoft Office skills
- a confident, conscientious and flexible attitude – plenty of common sense
- an understanding of procurement processes and compilation of PQQs and ITTs
- an eye for detail and a keen interest in architecture and design
