This is an excellent and rare graduate online marketing opportunity to work in a dynamic venture-backed start-up based in central London. As a valued member of the HouseTrip team you will be given huge responsibility from the outset and will be able to learn what it takes to integrate a Customer Relationship Marketing programme into the overall marketing campaign and how to track, evaluate and optimise a programme to deliver incremental value.

We are looking for a super-bright graduate who is passionate about technology and is excited to help make HouseTrip the market leader in online holiday rentals throughout Europe. You will be instrumental in improving the Customer Acquisition programme, promoting our HouseTrip+ Loyalty programme and executing and optimising our weekly communication to our database. As well as demonstrating a strong entrepreneurial flair, you will ideally have a background in Business or Marketing and a particular interest in online marketing. Specifically you will have experience of MySQL and/or R. You will be able to blend creativity and customer understanding with analytical and optimisation skills. Finally, you will need to be a pragmatic self-starter who likes to roll their sleeves up and get involved, you are highly innovative and yet disciplined in getting things done; you may even have built your own start-up.
