What is my role? What do I have to do in this job?
Ensure customers satisfaction representing one of the world’s most recognizable companies
Owning the customer questions and ensuring a timely resolution and response;
Providing troubleshooting and general support for the customer;
Identifying issues for escalation and routing accordingly;

Photobox, UPC, Asos, Anki Drive, Supercell, Expedia Facebook or Canon

What’s the necessary profile?
You must be near native German Speaker;
Must have a good knowledge of English (B1 or B2 level);
Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills;
Availability Monday to Sunday, including rotating weekends;
Experienced in Call Center environment / Customer Support role;
