  • Become an expert in small business products and solutions, both free and paid
  • Engage directly with small businesses to resolve common inquiries Leverage insights from small business interactions to drive process, policy and product changes and increase customer satisfaction
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data sources, identify trends, and drive improvements to the small business experience
  • Collaborate with other members of the Small Business team to develop strategies for increasing product adoption within your market(s)
  • Consult and support the Facebook sales team that works with larger clients to improve Page engagement


  • 1-3 years of diverse experience in scalable operations and/or service/sales role
  • Highly effective at interacting with external customers and serving as a subject matter expert on Facebook advertising products
  • Action bias, ability to be a self-starter, overcome barriers and work collaboratively in a fast paced, challenging environment
  • Ability to shift priorities quickly, while maintaining a high degree of organization and control
  • Highly motivated and hard-working, and able to think clearly under pressure
  • Ability to hold oneself accountable for work output
  • Sense of humor, team player, and willingness to do whatever it takes to help us be successful
  • Native speaker of Portuguese and fluent speaker of English is a must have
