Position, Competencies Profile & Eligibility
Trainee position:
Analyst in one of our investment team units – Private Equity, Tourism, Hospitality & Leisure and Venture Capital.
Technical:
Degree in Business Management, Economics or Engineering; Fluency in English, both written and spoken; Good computer skills, especially with regards to Excel and Power Point.
Behavioural:
Analytical Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Communication, Initiative, Goal-oriented, Accuracy and attention to detail, Multitasking, Strong sense of responsibility.
Other Requirements:
– At the time of the traineeship, the candidate must be registered with the IEFP, Instituto do Emprego e Formação Profissional (Portuguese employment institute).
– Be between 25 and 30 years old, requirement under the traineeship programme of the IEFP – Instituto do Emprego e Formação Profissional (Portuguese employment institute).
Training terms:
The trainee will be paid monthly. Placements are for a period of 12 months.
