Background
David Collins Studio is a well known interior architectural design practice and our profile has risen steadily in recent years by our association with well known and successful projects with leading international clients. We require a junior finance assistant who will take a proactive and hands on role within our finance team of (total three members including this role).
Responsibilities:
- opening all accounts posts and printing all the invoices from the accounts inbox
- distributing supplier invoices for approval
- coding and posting supplier invoices in Paprika
- matching receipts with company’s credit card statements and distributing to right people for their approval, coding and posting to Paprika
- dealing with petty cash on daily basis, chasing up for the missing receipts
- obtaining foreign currency for overseas trips and managing the travel currency cards
- filing supplier contracts and paid invoices
- assist with stock management at offsite location (within London)
- adhoc duties

Skills:

Experience:
- a year or so of basic accounting experience, ideally within creative industries
Qualifications:
- degree or studying AAT/CIMA/ACCA is desirable

- Paprika (desirable)
- Excel
- Word
