Cross Border Talents has an offer for you at the Contact Centre in Lisbon, Portugal. At the moment we are looking for Swedish and Danish speakers, who also speak a second language, to fill several vacancies.
Work Location: Portugal, Lisbon, City Center (Marconi Building)
Availability to work Monday to Sunday 7am to 10pm (40 hours a week, 8 hours a day – Rotational Weekends)
Training Duration: 2 weeks. Paid training
Training Date: Swedish 14/03/2016 and Danish 11/04/2016
Training Schedule: From 9am to 6pm.
Language Requirements: Native level of Swedish or Danish + English B2 level.
The Role:
Assist end customers before, during and after purchase
Provide pre and post-sales support for all self-service products;
Identify trends and solve problems of the clients
