The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction. Our customer service department will be located in the centre of Lisbon.
• Resolve customer complaints via email, social media and by phone.
• Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
• Answer questions about products/services
• Act as the company gatekeeper.
• Inform customer of deals and promotions.
• Sell products and services.
• Clear Communication Skills.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Enthusiastic and open attitude.
• Willingness to Learn.

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Available for 24 hours and more.
• Higher educated (or still studying), preferably on the field of travel / marketing / economics.
• 1-5 years of work-experience.
• No 9 to 5 work-mentality.
• Willingness to work during flexible hours, also in the weekends.
