Work Location: Portugal, Lisbon, City Center (Marconi Building)
Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday
Availability to work between 7am to 5pm (40 hours a week/8 hour per day)
Training Duration: 3 weeks. Paid training
Training Date: 14/03/2016
Training Schedule: From 09am to 06pm.
Language Requirements: Native level of Danish + English B2 level.
Mandatory: The candidates must have previous experience in Customer Service/Sales.
The Role:
Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to help them grow their businesses across multiple channels – chat, email and phone;
Support and expand the self-serve advertising base for SMB clients in the online and digital advertising domain;
Provide pre and post-sales support for all self-service products;
Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients
