Synchronised Solution is currently recruiting male and female domiciliary carers to work in Bedfordshire (Luton and Dunstable) and Buckinghamshire. Our client has been providing domiciliary care services for over 20 years. The company has recently been awarded new contracts and for that reason they need to recruit caring and compassionate domiciliary carers. We are looking to recruit 50 domiciliary carers. You don’t need previous domiciliary care experience as the client provides a fully paid induction as well as constant career development. Due to the nature of the role candidates must have a driving license.
Domiciliary care is provided to people who still live in their own homes but who require additional support with day to day household tasks, personal care or any other activity that allows them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
These positions are located in great locations: London Luton and Dunstable in Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. During the first 3 months, you will be working only in Bedfordshire within the Luton/Dunstable areas.
The company offers:
-Up to 14 weeks accommodation at a cost of £75 per week. The first week is free of charge
-Car for the first 14 weeks at a subsidised cost of £5 per day. It includes all costs. Company provides fuel card and gives a millage contribution of 20p per mile
-Fully paid induction training at a rate of £7.20 per hour. The initial induction consists of a period of classroom based education together with community based training with an experienced college. There is also ongoing training provided including enrolment into QCR Level 2 in Health and Social Care
-The salary is paid by contact time with service users at £7.25 per hour during the weekdays and £8.00 per hour at Weekends
-Gross salary after induction should be in the region of £1600 – £2000 before deductions. Tax depends on the individual but is typically around 11% of gross pay. National Insurance is around 5%.
-Possibility of doing extra hours
-Shifts usually from 7-2pm 3-6pm 6-10pm.
-Opportunities to work in neighbouring counties on a rota basis with full payment per shift and paid travel time.
-Airport meet and greet on arrival

The candidate commits to 48 hours working per week.
The average cost of a room in the Bedfordshire area is currently between £300 and £500 per month inclusive of bills. You will be able to use the company´s office to search for permanent accommodation and to acquire a second hand car.
