Job Description
- Contact companies, ‘map’ their operations and business units. Find out or re-affirm who are the main contacts and decision makers in Country and Internationally
- Develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment
- Learn to pick up sales ‘leads’ from companies and candidates to pass on to your manager
- Be involved in client liaison within your allocated sector
- Draft adverts and post them in appropriate media
- Long-list companies and long-list candidates in Headhunting assignments
- Search Elite’s candidate database to find the right person for the client’s vacancy
- Brief the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of available jobs
- Manage the candidate interview process
- Keep in touch with candidates even after client requirements have been fulfilled
- Work towards targets and be driven by achieving professional and personal goals
Desired Skills & Experience
The successful applicant will be:
- Ambitious, confident, sociable and be a real team player
- Goal orientated, tenacious and be able to deal with problematic situations
- Fluent in Portuguese
- Ideally 1 or more years working in agency recruitment
- Able to handle multiple priorities and work to deadlines and targets
- At home in a high-pressure environment
- A good listener and possess excellent interpersonally and communications skills
