The main responsibilities of the Client Services Manager will be:
– client engagement before, during and after project life
– preparing presentations of project findings including summaries and recommendations
– reviewing client programmes and making recommendations to improve project efficiencies
The successful candidate will have
– exceptional problem solving skills
– excellent time management
– confident presenter
– ability to communicate with people at all levels within an organisation
– proven experience in client management
– a second language: either French, German, Portuguese or any of the Scandinavian languages is essential
