Due to continued growth we are currently seeking for R&D Chemists who will conducts research, analysis, and experimentation on compounds and raw materials, for such purposes as product and process development and application, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and improvement of analytical methodologies by performing the following duties:
Develops and modifies formulas, processes, and methods for solution of technical problems
Monitors the quality of compounds and and raw material
Conducts evaluations of new raw materials
Suggests and/or implements new processes to improve manufacturing operations
Prepares standards and specifications for processes, facilities, products, and tests
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering OR related field
Good problem solving skills
Analytically and mathematically capable
