PEOPLECONQUEST, a Human Resources National Company in ongoing expansion, is currently recruiting Chef de Partie for an international 6* deluxe Cruise Company with the following profile:
A chef de partie is in charge of a particular area of production.
Requirements:
• A Chefs diploma from na internationally recognised culinary institution or equivalente;
• Experience in quality, premium establishments, catering to na international clientele;
• Need at least 2 to 3 years experience as a Chef de Partie either a shore or on a luxury cruise vessel;
• Must have excellent culinary knowledge and training.
