We are looking for young and talented individuals to take on a Business Management role in a startup company which goal is to create a leading Global marketplace.
Your mission will consist in:
• Competitor analysis & benchmarking;
• Creating SPEC (explicit set of requirements) related to the company’s web platform and ensure proper follow-up with our internal IT development team;
• Build and manage effective communication between clients and service providers (produce educational material for service providers; create communication emails and flyers; promotional campaigns);
• Define and report Key Performance indicators linked to the Business;
• Support Management in their decisions;
• Ad-hoc requests;
Candidates should have:
• Degree in Management, preferably with a major in Strategy;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, other languages are a plus;
• Advanced IT knowledge (Excel, data analysis/query, photoshop and dreamweaver);
• Autonomous, capable of initiatives, fast-learner and pro-active;
• Strong decision making capabilities;
• Startup spirit! Interpersonal and teamwork skills.
This position will be based in Lisbon and Porto, but you may also work remotely as long as you can travel to Lisbon/Porto for half a day on a bi-weekly basis.
