An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Branch Manager to join a leading import and distribution company, which is the Official Distributor of Thermomix TM5 for Malta. Thermomix is a German leading cooking appliance distributed in more than 65 countries in the world.
Function:
The Sales Manager will be reporting to the Director. Duties will include but are not limited to: developing & coordinating sales of the company; preparing marketing and sales strategies and plans, recruiting and training MOTIVATING and supporting the sales teams, handling all the logistics and running day to day in sales operations ensuring smooth growing of business.
Requirements:
This position calls for a person with following profile: with talent identification and development abilities, analytical, planning and organizational capabilities, highly driven, excellent communication and leadership skills with strong flair for sales, business oriented and drive, rigorous task implementation, self-disciplined and resilience to routine. Ideal candidates should preferably be Maltese, have a degree or diploma in marketing/ business studies. Fluency in the English language is required for this role.
